Sex and The City

Apart from spending 2 torturous weeks at home , I attended Kak Hana's 30th birthday party on Friday night at Tophat,KL. I know I vowed to stay at home this whole month but it's not like I can say no to a relative's function! Families come first so gotta make that as an exception. Lol. So anyway, it was a great event although none of the people there were of my age. The theme for the party was Sex and the City and I chose to look like Carrie. Funny part was that, I had no idea what to wear for the event! But then mom had a meeting at KLCC so sofy and I technically roamed about KLCC looking for a cocktail dress. It's been so long since I last went there! We left the mall really late that mom, sofy and I had to change our clothes at Mandarin Oriental's toilet. Lol.

Alright so back to the party! I won the Best Dressed award! =D A free menicure and pedicure voucher! The door girft was kinda cool though. Wait more like disgusting. I mean, who would include a condom and a plaster as a doorgift?

The dress I managed to find last minute at bcbg..I gotta lose weight and look skinny like that model maaan.. or maybe not..I need those sugars!

Anyhooooo! It's my sister's birthday today! Happy Birthday sis! ooo and guess what, my UK monkeys gave her wondermilk cupcakes this morning! Nyummmmmyeyewkuadhuksdk! This is the reason why I'm so fat and chubby now. Haih. Btw, Saturday was the bext day ever! NOT! (ok why am I blogging like some annoying kid?) I practically stayed at home the whole day.. Stayed at home and did some studying. Almost died of boredom uuunnntiiiiiilllll mr Faez came!! not to mention, with a VERY goodlooking malaysian + arab friend, Saddam from Yamen! *drools* He dropped by just to pass sofy's comics but stayed a lil longer to play with sofy's turntables. Those 2 people really made my day =D=D

So yea, nothing much is happening today as well..except for my neighbour's farewell party in the evening later with all of her Alice Smith's mat salleh craze friends.. Allisha, if you're reading this, which I know you are, I cant believe you're ditching me in kyuem alone next year! Sigh. Well have fun in United World College! I expect to see you with an Italian guy when you come back! hehe. Oh yea and my neighbours are also throwing some bbq at the park for my sis later. A very vivacious neighbourhood indeed.. haha. Seriously, I cant wait to go to school tomorrow!

        I've not been going to school for the past 12 days. Fever, cough and flu. Seriously, the H1N1 Influenza is starting to get worst with an increase in the number of death every day. This reminds me of the movie I Am Legend. Is the world coming to an end?

             ANYWAY!! Less than 100 more days (91 days) to go till my SPM! Hamanahamanahamanahamana.. Regardless of the nerve-wrecking countdown, I am still very tempted to read my storybooks! Especially the latest book I bought from my favourite author,Sophie Kinsella! But come to think of it, 1 book is equivalent to 1 whole Ekonomi Asas text book! I'd rather not make the same mistake like the other day where i spent innumerable days trying to finish my Nelson Mandela biography book. Problem with me is that, I tend to read each and every single word that's in the book..(Probably due to my Obsessive Compulsive Behaviour..which might lead to neurosis one day..) I wish i'm like mom where I can speed read and flip the page in less than 5 seconds! Sigh.. My life is so sad.. Plus, I havent even watched any latest movies! Like Harry Potter, Transformer 2, ETC!! and i'm not joking about the Obsessive Compulsive Behaviour.. I think I've got that disorder.. Omigod , i'm a retard!!

Accident

          I got into a car accident this afternoon at Bukit Jelutong! It was the most terrifying day of my life! Seriously, the car is really badly damaged! Thank god I was just driving the Waja car and not the BMW.. (pictures will be uploaded soon)

        So anyway, it happened when I was on my way to go and fetch my younger sister from school. Note that it was raining.. It was also my first time driving in the rain.. So I wasnt quite used to it.. I just realised that the brakes function differently on slippery wet roads (lesson learned). Then there was this mak cik who stopped in the middle of the road to push a stick aside. Technically, the car in front of me put on her emergency brakes and she brought her car to a screeching halt. I did the same thing as well and then BANG! Phew. Obviously i panicked and checked to see if there were any injuries on me. Fortunately, no injuries only my maid has got a bruise on her knee. So I immediately got out of the car and to my surprise, the first thing the driver in front of me said when she saw me was... " Sonia???" haha I dont quite know who she was..

 

         Anyway, to add things worst, I was in my homely clothes looking all scruffy cause I havent showered since that morning..and I'm like..of all the times.. This thing has to happen to me today.. Sigh..Luckily I didnt run into some hot hunk! lol. So yea, the 3 of us ladies got out from our cars (including the mak cik whom Nadia and I put the blame on)  and we started to make phone calls. First person I dialled was Mom and then more people came to rescue me including a lot of passersby.. And then yea, that was basically it! Long story but I'm quite sure all of you guys find my explanation boring. I'm quite traumatised now...

        By the way, I am sick and I have not been in school for about 3 days.. I really miss school =( but the doctor and mom insist that i stay at home in case my flu develops into a H1N1 disease..sigh.. There's a saying, when it rains, it pours...

            Holy crap! The national Physics competition was soo freaking tough!! PHEW!

           Anyway folks! I've just realised that it's the 31st of July tomorrow!! Which means 31% off Baskin Robbins ice-cream! Wohooooo! I'm gonna purchase loads of tubs tomorrow so that I'd still have enough supply during the puasa month! This is soo awesome! Puasa month is just around the corner as well! =D I really need to start losing weight! Seriously, my ass is starting to grow enormously huge which is so annoying. I'm definately asking for an Osim chair for my next birthday! (apparently it really helps to tone your ass) lol. Alright, enough beef about my ass.

           So okay, it's going to be August in 2 days time!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! *runs,jumps,punch,slap,screams,hits head againts the wall and returns back to seat* Believe it or not, 1 more month till my SPM trials!!! I'm dead shit worried!! So basically, my plan for this whole month is to STAY AT HOME! I have a feeling that I'm going to get all depress and crazy but whatever! Hopefully nothing is able to distract me this month! I swear, I would even have to say no if Chad Michael Murray invites me out on a date. Lol. Ok well not really. So yea, staying at home is basically my plan for the whole month. I know, it's so fun! Pfffft.

          Anyway, I should start blogging about politics and world issues one of these days. Cause i noticed that my blog is often filled with my life ( screw you guys if you have an issue with it).Ok kidding. Speaking of which, Cik Zainab just told us about a "calon bebas" concept during the elections. I was amazed to find out about it. I mean, I could even participate in the elections and people could vote for me at the age of 21! Yes people, watch me do the impossible in 2013. Calon bebas = ME! Vote for me ;) This is so lame.

 

           So what else can I update you guys with before I sign off... Oh yea Manchester United game! I was tempted to go and watch it until I realised the only player that I'm aware of in the team is Owen. Heard that it was a really awesome game though.. ( would really go if Ronaldo or David Beckham is still in the team) Then there was the BMW white card holders event mom, dad and I attended last week at Starhill. It was boring like crap. Last but not least, my 22 year old sister is coming back for good end of this year! (finally she gets to spend more than 2 months with the family) Missing the gossip sessions and our love-hate relationship together. lol. Congrats sis! Alright that's it I guess! Byeeee!

Class of 2009!

Big Splash was AWESOME! Seriously, I've never loved my schoolmates as much as this before until yesterday! They are truly amazing people and I had so much fun with them! Class of 2009! Keep on rocking! Sigh. The thought of leaving the school is starting to make me feel so sad right now!

Alright, so CEMA ( Cempaka Movie Awards) was held on Tuesday! The movies produced by these young talented cempakans were BEYOND my expectation! It was fantastic! Helang did a wonderful job! Especially the producer, Leong Khim ! That boy shouldnt be in Malaysia! He should be in Hollywood! Making films with Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise or something! Ok sorry for being so excited! you guys would be excited as hell too if you actually watched the movies! Gosh, it was so GOOOOOOOOOOODD!!!! The editing and sound tracks (produced by the students as well!) Oh yea, not to mention I was in the movie as well! But just for a short while! lol. After the awards were given to the respective houses, all of the students adjourned to the pool side! It's a tradition for all of the seniors to jump into the pool every year! Thank god I brought my spare clothes! =D

Beruang I-movie. (my team) We got 3rd place. I'm so lazy to upload the other movies for you guys cause it takes a really long time.

Now back to my weekends! It was awesome as well! I finally got to meet up with Johan! We went for ice-skating on Saturday! Taught him some stunts! Left the mall 2 hours later (since I hate walking aimlessly around the mall) and drove back home to have dinner!

After 7 years of ice-skating, this is the only stunt I can do now.. one foot spin. sigh..

So we drove back home and I hosted a sit-down dinner for a few of my friends! It was supposed to be a bbq but change of plans after most of them couldnt make it. The food was good! Credits to my mom and sofia for preparing everything while I was out. lol

Well the next day, Sofy and I had to perform for the Live Right Now campaign hosted by the prefects of Sri Cempaka Damansara at One Utama. Our dance was not bad i guess? We had really limited space to dance! Datin Freida was technically 5 feet away from us since the stage was too small to fit sofy and I!So we had to dance on the floor. I was so afraid that I might kick Datin or something.lol.
